結合矽基微機電製程,進行電子顯微鏡儀器研發,題目為 "以微機電技術發展新一代濕室生物相位對比穿透電子顯微鏡技術"。目的在於發展能提升穿透電子顯微鏡能力的兩微型元件: 2006.9 至今
n 濕室環境腔體 WetCell for TEM, SEM and TXM: 可氣密封填液體樣品的元件,允許在真空下拍攝液體內粒子或細胞,可直接放入一般電子顯微鏡中使用.
n 對比增強裝置(相位板) PhasePlate: 小型靜電透鏡裝置於顯微鏡中以改變電子束相位,提升影像對比,即使生物試片未經染色也可拍出清晰高對比影像
原子力顯微鏡術應用於混合自組裝單分子膜之奈米尺度摩擦性質定量研究 2004.9至2006.9
使用奈米硬度機檢測微型陀螺儀之材料參數並應用於微陀螺儀之動態模擬 2003.7至2004.2
