1.       電漿蝕刻製作表面粗化聚苯乙烯球，應用在表面增強拉曼散射之增強，供藥物傳遞至單一活體癌細胞用之奈米粒子，以具備影像追蹤與感測分析功能。

2.      倒立式螢光顯微鏡為主體，結合 UV-VIS 光譜儀、共軛焦掃描裝置、 EM CCD 、 dark field 等裝置，觀測奈米粒子在細胞內傳輸行為。
