Research Interest:

生物微機電相關領域 ( 奈米粒子表面修飾、螢光光譜與光學觀測系統、微陣列晶片 )

Research Field :

1.       電漿蝕刻製作表面粗化聚苯乙烯球,應用在表面增強拉曼散射之增強,供藥物傳遞至單一活體癌細胞用之奈米粒子,以具備影像追蹤與感測分析功能。

2.      倒立式螢光顯微鏡為主體,結合 UV-VIS 光譜儀、共軛焦掃描裝置、 EM CCD dark field 等裝置,觀測奈米粒子在細胞內傳輸行為。
